The management of Corrective Actions/Preventive Actions (CAPAs) are standardised at a European level for continuous improvement.

There is a centralisation of CAPA from European audits, ISO audits and principle complaints made centrally. Combining the findings provide greater insight into key areas.
CAPAs management approach is similar all across Alloga network. CAPAs are entered locally into a Quality Database. The CAPAs are managed at a country level and actions are audited to ensure correction.

The CAPAs can be also incorporated into the training programme as they are a valuable learning reference tool.

All Alloga personnel are encouraged to suggest improvements in methods, materials, suppliers, and sub-contractors. The Country Quality Manager has established procedures for review of all activities in order to identify and evaluate all possible improvements in methods/ materials and its procedures.
