Which countries does Alloga operate in?

Alloga is present in 13 countries across Europe: Spain, The Netherlands, Romania, France, Norway, Czech and Slovak Republics, UK, Germany, Lithuania, Portugal, Italy and Switzerland. Do you protect temperature sensitive pharmaceutical products?

Yes. Alloga has strict temperature management procedures in place to protect many temperature controlled pharmaceutical products – including cold chain products such as vaccines and other biological products – during packaging and shipment. Find out more about our cold chain management services.

Alloga is already my third party logistics supplier. How can I track orders and deliveries?

Alloga offers customers full data visibility with the Alloga Gateway. Users benefit from detailed data and insights relating to inventory management, order tracking and sales reporting. How do I create an account for the Alloga Gateway?

The Alloga Gateway gives you greater control over your supply chain. It offers near real-time data and detailed information including stock levels, business reports and tracking information. If you’re an Alloga customer and you don’t already have a Gateway account, contact your account manager.

I have an Alloga Gateway account and I have a question/query relating to my account. Who do I contact for support?

The Alloga Gateway is managed by an experienced in-house central team. If you have a technical support query relating to the portal, please contact your account manager in the first instance

Will I be given a single point of contact to manage my account if I work with Alloga?

At Alloga we pride ourselves on our highly skilled team who know the importance of healthcare product distribution.
