Quality Management

We have a quality management system which is compliant with ISO 9001 standards.
Alloga Quality Management system is structured in two layers: Europe and countries. The European Quality Manual gives an overview of European Quality Management System and sets out the basic services offering and quality standards for Alloga network sites by:

  • Providing framework and guidelines for Countries Quality Management Systems;
  • Defining the tasks of the Countries Quality Managers;
  • Defining minimal requirements for Countries Quality Management Systems and services offering.

In each country, a Country Quality Manual is based on the European Quality Manual and takes into account local activities and regulatory requirements. Standard operating procedures are in place, which take into account specific requirements for each customer. These documents describe the actual processes, and controls applied, to all activities concerned with the attainment of a quality assured contracting service. The objective of these procedures is to ensure that the quality and integrity of the product and material is maintained throughout the distribution chain.
