Sharing best practice
Audits are carried out at various levels (local and central) to ensure consistency and best practice sharing.
The purpose of internal auditing (local and central program) is to ensure that Quality Management is being operated correctly and effectively, by performing planned and documented checks, designed to ensure that:
- Country Quality System and related documentation adequately defines the needs of the business and is in line with the European Quality Manual
- Documented procedures and work instructions are practical, understood and implemented
- The activity is in compliance with GDP and ISO 9001:2008 guidelines
- Training of employees is adequate to allow them to do their tasks
