The Alloga personnel are trained to Good Distribution / Manufacturing Practice (cGXP) standards.
All personnel at Alloga are adequately trained in relation to GDP, ISO 9001, operating procedures and safety issues, in accordance with written training programmes. Special training is given to our personnel dealing with special categories of materials such as cytotoxics, controlled drugs and cold chain products.
We are committed to the continuous improvement of our customers' performance.
KPIs are implemented to measure performance: a standard set of KPIs in each Alloga location to allow benchmarking to be performed. European central team is responsible for reviewing and controlling European Quality KPIs in every country. Country Quality Managers are responsible for recording and report European Quality KPIs to European central team. In case of discrepancies, action is taken.
